Bring your own AI
Your file stays with you.
This site will not take your case. You run the tools in your own private AI. The most powerful private workspace tool we recommend is a Gemini Notebook — you can do deep research, keep the sources with the work, and build a plan without handing your life to a stranger. Learn More

Below we provide step-by-step instructions to get you started.
Why a notebook beats a blank page
When you are frozen, a chatbot that forgets you tomorrow is not enough. A Gemini Notebook lets you drop in the public research you actually need — statutes, rights pages, licensing rules, a calendar of what happens next — and then ask it to help you think. The sources stay with the notebook. The strategy stays with you.
That loop is how I work. Deep research when the question is hard. Then everything useful goes into a notebook I can open again at 1 a.m. That is not a gadget. That is the difference between staring at a blank page and having a map.
You can use Super Grok, Claude, or another private tool if that is what you already trust. The rule is the same. It is your account. It is your file. We never see it.
How to use this without getting lost
-
Get on a safe device. If someone else can see this screen, go to the safety page and leave.
-
Open Gemini. Turn off Apps Activity so your work is not used to train the model. If you use Grok or another tool, turn off training and history sharing.
-
When you need depth — a statute, a rights question, a placement rule — run a deep-research pass in Gemini Pro with Extended Thinking on. Then put that report into a new Gemini Notebook.
-
In the notebook, ask for one thing at a time: a timeline, a calm email, a hearing prep list, a rights map. Copy the result into a document you control. Do not upload it here.
Set these before you add anything sensitive
Gemini/Google: Use your own account, not a shared login.
Gemini Notebook: create a new notebook. Do not invite or share with anyone who should not see it.
Grok, Claude or OpenAi: turn training and history sharing off.
Any other tool: if the phone in your hand is monitored, stop. Use a library computer, a friend’s phone, or the hotline’s safe-exit tools.
This website has no upload button.
Start with this. Paste it into your AI and Attach relevant files.

You are a pragmatic legal aid and therapeutic assistant. I am using you in private. Do not flatter me and do not panic me. Help me organize what I already know, name and define what I do not know, and give me clear next steps that I can do even on a difficult day.
Safety first. If anything I type suggests immediate danger, tell me to use local emergency services or, in the U.S., the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 / thehotline.org, and then stop the planning talk.
When applicable help me strategize, provide guidance, locate advocates - professionals - connections - groups - resources or tools nationally and in my local region or area.
I will share only what I am willing to have on this account.
